Counselling for Motor Vehicle Accidents and ICBC

 If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, I am here to help. The eclectic approach I use can help you with the after effects of your accident: symptoms of PTSD, poor sleep, managing pain and distress, or overcoming anxiety, depression or grief. This approach includes CBT, mindfulness, a somatic approach and when warranted, EMDR.

As of April 1st 2019, ICBC will pre-approve you for 12 sessions of counselling taken within 3 months of your accident. Thereafter it is assessed on a case by case basis. So you can come straight to me and your sessions will be covered by ICBC. You will need to bring a claim number from ICBC and they will tell you your entitlements.
