Per 50 min session:

$170 individuals
$198 couples

$198 One on One Vocal Alchemy in person in Cowichan Valley.
GST is exempted.

I direct bill for CVAP, ICBC, Pacific Blue Cross, Veteran’s Affairs Canada and FNHA.

Tools for Transformation (Online):

• Self Care

• Stress Reduction

• Mindfulness, Grounding, Self Regulation

• Boundaries

• 1 hour sessions, weekly for 6 weeks

Communicate from the Heart (Online):

• Feelings and Needs

• Making Requests

• Learn and practise this essential skill for increased harmony in all your relationships

• 1 hour sessions, weekly for 6 weeks

• $360

Find Your Voice (In Person):

• Small intimate groups

• 6 x 2 hour sessions

• In a safe, non judgmental space, learn how to free your voice and express your self authentically

• Create soundscapes and musical pieces together

• Using movement, healing tools, mindfulness and heart-centred awareness, using play, vocal exploration and therapeutic methodology such as IFS, find freedom from inner critics and express your authentic truth in a powerfully transformative way.

• Intimate group of no more than 8 people.

• $570 per person.
